#101 Re: Management » Trying something new (updated) » 673 weeks ago

Hey Will, also - I noticed in the Dexter thread that the spoiler code is not working. I posted something a few weeks back with the spoiler block on it and it shows the code before and after my text, but it shows the text clearly as well.

Cheers for all the feedback, working on some of the bugs now and making a list of everything you guys tell us that can be worked through smile

You can turn signatures back on by going to your Profile - Display page and ticking the box to show user sigs smile

Looks good so far, although I did like the "New Posts Since Last Visit" button on the old site. I did see where it says "new posts" but prefer the way it worked before

If you've heard this song, it's probably because it's been featured in Internet Explorer 9 commercials for some time now, but in my opinion, it's incredibly catchy and awesome. I want to listen to it 100 times in a row, and sometimes do, and I still don't tire of it. I think this cat is going to explode, and I hope he does.

He recently announced a US Tour, but so far there's no Detroit date. The closest he is coming is Chicago, but I'm not going there.

In trivia about this guy, he dated Amy Winehouse for about a year in 2006 while she was on a "break" from her not-yet husband Blake Fielder-Civil. He sold his story about his time with Amy and their supposedly naughty personal life to News of the World. I haven't read the story, so I don't really know what is considered "naughty" lol.

I encourage you to check out this song, and the rest of his album. Our roommate has an acoustic version of this song that I just keep forgetting to get my hands on. Maybe this thread will remind me smile

Enjoy!

looks great...that and the Lincoln movie with Daniel Day-Lewis are right up my alley.

Saw the trailer for Lincoln the other day and thought the same thing. That looks fantastic.

Just so we're all clear, you can be confident in the fact that Stacey and I will be spending Christmas Day at the theater this year. Just not sure if I wanna go before or after the drinking with family. 16

We'll probably need to go in the morning, so we can make the rounds to my Grandpa's and end at the O'Berry's.
Yeah, I've thought of this three months in advance, lol.

We both have lived in the same small town of 400 people in the Yukon in the past and we're both from the same town in Alberta yet we're both living in Whitehorse now and moved up here within weeks of each other. Weird.  So we'll see how it goes.

Either that, or you've just been creeping her your whole life and didn't know it... wink 16

Breakdown...bring it on!

Oh sweet Jesus lord in heaven. Breakdown or Locomotive would be on my personal "dream list" if one or the other were to be played, buzz would get to post a message on here about how he witnessed me die of happiness.

I hope Stacey knows CPR because I don't.

Personally I'd prefer not to hear either song, especially Locomotive.  First it's Slash's song in my mind and second I don't think Axl can pull it off any more.

I did go to nursing school.

Yeesh, you guys sure are to the point...

Like Russ said, there is an age difference between us, but it's 10 years, not 11. I've always been told I am an older soul than my years show, and I truly feel like I was born 10 years too late. My best friends are anywhere from 7-13 years older than me, so it's just my personality.
It doesn't affect our relationship at all, and certainly doesn't change how I feel about Russ.

#108 Re: The Sunset Strip » Most Recent Movie You've Seen » 675 weeks ago

As Russ mentioned, we saw Taken 2. I loved it and was very happy with it. The only problem with it was that it was not anywhere near as suspenseful as the first one. It was still very entertaining, and Russ got to see Liam Neeson chop people in the throat, so overall, a good day.

I took Russ' son to see Hotel Transylvania in 3D on Friday. That actually was not horrible. smile

I always loved Frasier growing up. I miss it sometimes.

I don't really participate in football Sundays at our house, but I have this to say today: Thank God it's bye week in Detroit, because I don't think Russ and Justin can take another weekend of the yelling!! Lol.
