Seeing Fortus and Slash together at last fair warms the heart, it does. I'm honestly as excited to see them playing together as I am to see Axl and Slash together.
Yeah man, it's very surreal seeing that pic. Even after watching the Trouba show clips. Must be quite surreal for Fortus himself also.
Looking forward to seeing what the whole set list is, and clips that surface over the weekend.

So who's doing the $2500 VIP package then? I'm not sure how I feel about these VIP packages tbh, never sat right with me for some reason.

Not that I personally care what the guy looks like but they will get hammered by the casuals if he looks like this and sounds like shit.
I actually thought he looked alot better than Vegas. No loose clothes to hide podge, and no glasses to hide behind. He could well be making a big effort here. And so he should.

What got me, was the move from referring to Slash & Duff as 'ex-guns', to 'guns'. Duff's tribute to Lemmy yesterday was marked as 'Duff McKagen - Guns n Roses bassist'. Seeing that in print, that's kinda when it really hit me. It is totally surreal after following all the shit in the circus from 2002 till now.

I don't buy this line up. I might buy it for a tour. But a reunion of the original band will happen, if only for one night, IT WILL HAPPEN.
Me neither, personally I don't like the term reunion if it's got Fortus or Frank in it. I know the average Joe wont care that much, Axl, Slash & Duff is enough, but if it does end up F&F instead of Izzy, Matt or Steven, it's a slap in the face imo.
No disrespect to Fortus, or Frank at all, seen em & liked em, but for a reunion, I'd rather see Gilby up there with Izzy from time to time. Make some effort to have it a proper reunion. And if Steven doesn't get a look-in at all, I'll be disappointed with both Slash & Duff tbh for agreeing to do it without him.

And perhaps we should take heed of GnR's "read between the lines" tweet. That photo Duff included is no mistake or coincidence. In fact it's pretty darn straight forward if you ask me.
I usually don't go in for these type of co-incidences, trying to read something that's not, but this seems too blatant to me, as you said - straight forward.
