Yeah that would kick ass! Is he still off the booze?
I was thinking when he is here in Perth I gotta try and get his signature added to my sealed copy of LLAS (I've got Axl's on it so he's next). Not sure which hotels he is staying in though 
If I find out then I will definitely go and sit in the lobby at the bar with a mate, have a few beers and try my luck. Worst case scenario I don't see him and I end up drunk. I can think of worse ways to kill an arvo.

Yeah I would have thought Sydney and Melbourne might have got a Slash sideshow if Brissie did.
Obvoiusly there was little hope of one here in Perth

Russ didn't you mention that on your system at work they had what appeared to be 3 different verions coded into the computer for CD in the weeks leading up to the release? In other words potentially different artwork/covers versions.

I'll have to make sure I check out Stone Sour then. I've never really listened to much Slipknot nor seen Corey as a frontman so I will have to have a look.
I'm pumped to see Slash again tho!
Metallex I read you guys were ripped off and Slayer didn't play, how did that go over with the crowd when it was announced?

Gotta say her name only vaguely rings a bell for me.
I recall now seeing her in the hotel lobby with DJ when Guns was here. At the time I just thought she was a bit of touring crumpet for him.

As for this statement:

FFS it was a witty retort that he used to a cheeky question, do you take everything so seriously and literally, particularly on the internet? If someone tells you to fuck off do you walk away attempting to hump the air? Or do you recognise it as simply a more agitated/aggressive statement of "get lost".

Cool cheers for the setlist, was wondering what he would be playing.
