I doubt that Velvet Revolver will continue in the near future after this.
And since Duff is going to be busy recording (and touring) with a re-formed Loaded, we can only guess at this point.

Velvet Revolver to Part Ways With Singer

Velvet Revolver founding members Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum and Dave Kushner announced today that they are parting ways with singer Scott Weiland. "This band is all about its fans and its music and Scott Weiland isn't 100% committed to either," said Slash. "Among other things, his increasingly erratic on-stage behavior and personal problems have forced us to move on."

DUFF MCKAGAN's LOADED To Enter Studio This Month
LOADED, the band formed by current VELVET REVOLVER bassist Duff McKagan (on guitar and vocals) after he left GUNS N' ROSES, is currently working on a new, yet-to-be-titled studio album, to be released in the summer, with tours to follow.
Commented McKagan: "I'm currently finishing up the UK/Euro leg on the VELVET REVOLVER tour and we have played some of the most inspired gigs of my lifetime in the last couple of weeks. Been writing a ton of music too and generally have just been wholly re-inspired music-wise."
He added, "LOADED looks to record a follow-up to 'Dark Days' here in late April or so and we are totally looking forward to just hanging with each other again."
LOADED was formed in 1999 and has morphed several times, releasing two albums: 1999's "Live Episode" and 2001's "Dark Days". The group's current lineup includes drummer Geoff Reading (NEW AMERICAN SHAME, GREEN APPLE QUICKSTEP), bassist Jeff Rouse and guitarist Mike Squires (both formerly of ALIEN CRIME SYNDICATE).
