They should just draw lots on these "meet the band" thingies. What's a few extra thousand dollars on a tour like this? Petty greed is what it comes off as.

I liked what they did with the conspiracy plot. The lack of the classic x files atmosphere was jarring though.

You should watch Hannibal.Weird first ep but I'm willing to wait & judge after a while. A lot of shows start great & quickly turn shit while other shows start off shakey only to turn out ok..
Maybe I'm better off watching that than this. Was kinda shit. Duchovny looked half asleep. At least Skinner was still Skinner, and the cigarette man cliff hanger will keep me on for at least another episode.
That Alex Jones character with a Bill O Reilly type show was just silly.

What you are actually looking for is called an "HDMI Switcher". An HDMI Switch will have multiple HDMI inputs and one HDMI output. These can be found for as little as $10+ and many will offer between 2-5 HDMI inputs.
Don't get this confused with an "HDMI Splitter" which will have one HDMI input and multiple HDMI outputs (used to connect to multiple displays or send audio to a receiver).

I get your point about us nerds reading into things but there is tension there. Interesting you bring up Frey and you certainly know your shit about the Eagles. In Henley-Frey interviews even when they're cracking some jokes you can feel that tension in the air. LIke if one wrong comment gets said it'll turn into Ali-Frazier at the drop of a hat.
Did you see that Eagles docu they are showing all over the place atm? Some very poignant clips from an earlier docu they did in the late 70s, early 80s. Talking about "how long can we keep doing this?" etc. Henley mentions something in the limo and you can see Frey completely stone faced next to him, the tension dripping.
If this reunion can bring something similar it'd almost be worth it.

I'm assuming this retcons or ignores the final season. If you've seen the final episode, you'd know at least one character in the trailer is dead and not in an ambiguous way.
Looking forward to this, but I still wish they had finished of the Myth arc properly with one of the films. The 2nd didn't make much sense in terms of continuity with the series either.
Just as well when you end up with
as your mythos. Like, where do your characters go in face of that?
Watching the new series tonight. Hearing very good things about it.

Heresy. JJ is a hack, nothing more. Lucas will always be the creator of Star Wars. That type of talent doesn't just whither away.
Let's not forget among all the praise for Empire, it has no plot. Zero. Tell me the plot in one or two sentences. You can't. Now, Empire is great. It's just a piece of a larger story with no beginning,end, proper climax, etc.
Also, let's remember George recycled his own idea for the end of Menace. What did the good guys need to do? Destroy a big weapon in space with a daring mission: disable the droid command ship. A lot like destroying the death star in IV and VI.
"That is why we must capture the Vice Roy, everything depends on it".
That was the most important task in a pronged mission. It's no more recycling than the good guys winning in every hero movie is recycling. Leave the menial tasks to JJ Abrams.
Even Return of the Jedi is less than a rehash than TFA, since the important scenes there are between Luke, Vader and the Emperor. TFA doesn't even pretend to be something else, the characters themselves freely admit this will be another one of those "take out a Death Star".
