#211 Re: The Garden » Pope vows to bar pedophiles becoming priests » 943 weeks ago

I absolutely agree with Pas.

I also think that priests and anyone in the catholic hierarchy, including the pope, should be able to get married.

I would NEVER trust someone who is supposed to live an " asexual " life.

Because we all have needs.

And this comes from a woman who was put in a convent and who saw what nuns are capable of. Not just priests.

Well, a reunion tour would bring both bands ( GNR and VR) more exposure after.

People who knew the original lineup or the songs would be over the moon ( even the ones who don't belong to a fanbase or a GNR community) and if things went really well, the radios and different mainstream professionals would be more interested in what both bands do and would take them more seriously ( because in the end, without a singer, I don't see how VR can be taken seriously).

At this stage, without a singer for VR, I think a reunion tour could be good for both bands.

I tried Skate, i wasn't very good but it was fun.
I used to hang around with boys a lot as i had no real girl friends, so i'd go and play basket ball and do boyish things..lol..

You should start again. I felt so free, i wished i still lived in Paris when i did, because it is so easy to blade anywhere there like i used to.
What stops you from doing it ?

#214 Re: The Garden » Read any good books lately? » 943 weeks ago

Bought 4 lately :

Cecilia by Anna Biton, about our president's ex- wife

One about parenting skills
One about understanding baby body language
And one about mental violence done to women.

All of them good.

By the time i get old, i'll probably have thousands of books on psychology/psychiatry.

What about people from other places in the world ?

Don't tell me talent is US based only or i'll laugh

I don't think anyone has said or implied that, but as an American I'm only really familiar with American artists and singers.

I've always liked American rock though. British rock, despite its influence on American, doesn't touch me the same way, for whatever reason. And Mano Negra blows, despite what my French textbooks keep trying to tell me.

la mano are cool, but see, they are not alone, we have talent in france.

And germany has amazing rockers btw.

And now the borders have opened, you 'll find great talent in all countries boarding russia, italy, greece, ect ect ( serbia, croatia, ect ect)

After 4 years, i got to roller blade a little today, i did some with kids from my block, and it was great.
I used to blade a lot, some years ago, i'd do up to 5 hours a day.

Anyone else ?
