I read where this Newsmax TV hasn't been reporting the election results & is only focusing on it being undetermined as to who won, and reporting on trumps lawsuits. Really doubling down on stupid. Anyway, while trump TV seemed plausible, I'm not sure he really has the time, interest, or assets to fully start something like that from the ground up. I think he felt Fox News wasn't lock step with him enough at the end of the campaign and he's holding a grudge, and words out he might goto this Newsmax if they offer him enough $$. Sounds crazy, but a channel like that would likely go into debt to pull some of the ratings he'd bring, also be a Howard Stern/Sirius type deal where he shares heavily in the profits (ad sales) and get a minority ownership interest.

So now that every network is saying the ACA will stand (SHOCKER!), do we get to denounce those who said ACB was an assault on the ACA? At what point are people held accountable for their constant fear mongering and lies? Or do we just ignore that behavior because it was all justified in the crusade against the bad orange man (like every other boogeyman the left has created)?
I'm pretty sure trumps on record saying his goal was to 'End Obamacare'. Also, he stated on multiple occassions he would soon announce his own healthcare bill, telling Chris Wallace in the summer (June) he was a few weeks away from it being complete. He never released it and there is no record of any GOP healthcare bill. Without any controls in measure, if he had the ability, trump would have ended ACA on Day 1 if he could. Hence, checks & balances are in our government.

Foo fighters probably deserved an album. They're wierdly consistent tho. I think around 2005 they had a great album, or one with alot of hits. Grohl was on fire thru the 2000s, but they kinda became just montonous. Since 2010 I'm not sure they've dona alot for me.
RHCP & The Killers were missing imho. VR too, surprised it didn't make it but Contraband is good, but imho if CD makes it VR gets cut. It is what it is

Seems its Audioslave FTW. Give it another few votes I suppose.
Anyone care to list their Top 5? Going off the main list I'd say:
1. Green Day - American Idiot
2. Audioslave - Audioslave
3. Radiohead - Kid A
4. Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory
5. White Stripes - Elephant
(I'm not a big radiohead or White Stripes fan, kinda basing them off word of mouth & reviews. Didn't like Linkin Park but too many hits to not include it)
#6 The Killers - Sams Town

I think he wants all the states completed to see what his options are. For instance, if when the dust settles & he's within 20 of 279, he'll fight PA pretty heavily and come up with a bunch of crazy lawsuits, including possibly going the nuclear option and having the PA (GOP) legislature inject their own EC to vote. This has been speculated and it'd be a drastic measure to overturn the will of the people, there would be major civil unrest, I'm not sure the state legislature would follow along, especially not by this wide a margin. Regardless, he would claim the entire mail-out process was currupt and an unfair attempt to unseat him.
It just seems he's too far behind, in too many states, that anything even remotely minor comes of it, let alone actual traction. But, I think he's waiting to see how many states & EC votes he needs before really proceeding.

Every lower court who received a filing so far has thrown it out without even hearing it. So there's that.
Dude the attorney general can by pass all that shit if he has something. This isn’t some detective with the Pittsburgh PD, this is the AG.
Still goes thru the courts. He only 'presses charges', akin to a lawyer would. He's shyte anyway & just a trump lapdog.

That's why he needs to concede. There's just not enough votes in multiple states to go his way.
This isn't 2000 where everything hangs on a few hundred votes in Florida.
Anyone see this?

Edit: I misspoke. It’s 29k ballots in Allegheny county, not 69k.
https://www.post-gazette.com/news/polit … 2011050144
Alito already ordered the ballots to be segregated. It won’t go through federal courts. It’ll be taken to SCOTUS just like it was in 2000. Please don’t lump me in with your previous hysterics because you’re not aware Alito already ordered the segregation Friday.
I don’t want this drama. But if you think it’s unlikely the courts are going to ignore that Wolf ordered the extension against the wishes of the legislature, you’re the one that needs to get real.
Then don't count them. Period. Don't count them. Bidens still up and wins the state. So set them aside and they don't count. You happy now?
He can goto court, little amy can side with daddy don, and then he still loses the state. It's immaterial.

This whole thing is catastrophic, and only Trump can stop real harm from coming. In Pittsburgh alone, there are almost 70k ballots that occurred after November 3rd. If SCOTUS rules these ballots are invalid statewide, there’s a very good chance Trump wins the state.
I don’t know the status of other states as I don’t want to get caught up in the drama. Trump should concede, but he’s going to exhaust his legal options. If GA has a similar situation, Jesus Christ.
I was in downtown Pittsburgh yesterday and people were honking their horns in celebration of Biden’s win. What do they do if SCOTUS says Trump won?
Biden’s going to have a very tough time governing with a 4-5 seat majority in the house and the Republican senate. Democrats didn’t deliver and in fact lost ground in the legislature. I’m very worried how Pelosi manages the 70-80 progressives who will vote against any legislation that wouldn’t make Sanders or Warren beam.
Would you get real. This isn't going to the Supreme Court. It has to go to the lower courts first and so far each case has been thrown out without even hearing it. Things don't just get fast tracked to the SC because trump says so or bc its a big deal. What 70,000 votes are you referring to, I did a google search and only came up with this, an article from September?? https://www.post-gazette.com/news/polit … 2009240167
There's no throwing out of ballots, there's no recount, there's no revote, and there sure as shit is no pipe dream fantasy of yours of amy barrett overturning the will of the peoples vote.
Biden will be President. Period.
