Not alot of votes this series, but at least this didn't end up as GN'R vs. Metallica as first feared.

The White Stripes.

The first two Audioslave songs alone destroy that album...so it's no contest for me.

The White Stripes. Good album and the probably maxed out their ptential on ot, but Audioslave was just monster level.

I of course voted off Audioslave.

A few of those Stripes tracks were pretty big in pop cultute. While Seven Nations isn't my favorite track, it's a huge stadium anthem to this day played at sporting events around the world.

Cochise was just a good track from yesteryear. I don't think I heard any of the others on the radio from that album as a kid or on music stations.

Cochise is a monster. Blew minds and is a big reason for their success.

You didn't hear Show Me How To Live?

You should give them another chance. This album and Out of Exile. Skip the third album. It was already over by then anyways.

Audioslave had the run that new GNR should've had.

Voted off the Stripes. I dig the record but that first Audioslave record for me was a favorite that I still listen to today.

Seems its Audioslave FTW.  Give it another few votes I suppose.

Anyone care to list their Top 5?  Going off the main list I'd say:
1. Green Day - American Idiot
2. Audioslave - Audioslave
3. Radiohead - Kid A
4. Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory
5. White Stripes - Elephant

(I'm not a big radiohead or White Stripes fan, kinda basing them off word of mouth & reviews. Didn't like Linkin Park but too many hits to not include it)

#6 The Killers - Sams Town

Yep....Cornell wins another Evo elimination.

For the record, this is the second best album of the 21st century elimination and Audioslave won both times.

I realize it was a small number of voters this time but still.... impressive.

I still can't believe Velvet Revolver didn't make it.

The small amount of people nominating gave us a real quirky list to work with. Out of the albums that made it, I only listen to a couple of them.
