Yeah, I'm not even sure if they are there, or just chanelling an old show with holograms.

How does it make you feel when people constantly criticize Guns and your band mates so unfairly?

I get it, I understand people want what they remember the band as being. A lot of times people have a hard time accepting. Fans of Fleetwood Mac before they got Stevie Nicks, if they were fans of Peter Green, they didn’t get it. Most of those people, it took them a long time to accept Fleetwood Mac as a different band because it wasn’t Peter Green. The same deal with the Santana band and all the changes that band went through. For people to accept Van Halen with Sammy Hagar singing, even though that was their most successful time and they sold more records with Sammy Hagar, a lot of people that liked Van Halen from the beginning didn’t want to hear anything but David Lee Roth on it. Same thing with Genesis. I have a hard time listening to Genesis with Phil Collins singing after Peter Gabriel. It just goes on and on, the list is quite long.

And I think it’s harder when you change singers because it’s such a huge voice of the music and really that’s like the most personal aspect and connection to a band is generally through the singer. And when you change that it changes the character of the band. And in the same respect, changing anybody else makes it different as well. And it’s a different band. A lot of people accept it and a lot of people don’t. And that’s ok.

Oh come on... FUCK RIGHT OFF with this BULLSHIT.

The band announced themselves that THE SHOW WOULD BE FILMED IN 3D.... why film in 3D if you have no plans to doing anything with it???

It was filmed for Axl's private purposes. He'd have loved to watch a 3D GN'R show in his living room. It's never meant to be released, his loved ones tried to surprise him. Axl didn't know about the show being filmed.

But Perla stole that tape, Duff and Matt made the trailer and Steven uploaded it. Of course, the evil mastermind behind all, was Slash. Needless to say. He, Stephanie Seymour and Victoria Hamilton.

I think both sides are right. It's pointless to ask Slash about the good and bad old GN'R days anymore. He left 16 years ago and told everything he wanted to.

On the other hand it's inevitable. GN'R made him famous, GN'R were one of the biggest bands ever and since he's sober and such, he's got less tour stories to tell.

Plus, if you go to Howard, then prepare for sensationalism.

Plans can change.

I wonder if they can ever materialize though in Axl land.

Sorry for the triple post. Besides excitement, the main reason was that the site didn't want to accept my first posts. (Beta, is that you?)
Had to rid of some strange characters, then it went through. After all I noticed the previous posts made the board, too.

I was happy for ya when I saw Hungary in that list of dates. Have fun dude, Slash is playing the best live guitar I've ever heard from him. He is on fire these days! 3 21

I bought my ticket as quick as possible. Now the show is sold out, but I have mine. 9 I think they chose a too small venue, with a capacity of 2,000-3,000. Right now a few hundred Slash fans are requesting another Hungarian show, or a larger venue.

3

They moved our show to an arena with a capacity of 12,000. Neither GN'R 2006, nor Muse 2012 made a sold-out gig, but both were close to it.
I think realistically they can expect like 6,000 fans. But I will be one of them, so for me the arena will be half full. 9

Seems like Stinson threw another hizzyfit...

"But it was not over yet. After all, what is Guns N’ Roses without some drama?

After the band came out together for a final bow, Mr. Rose seemed to decide he still had one more song in him. He called the band members back on stage. Mr. Stinson seemed to balk: he was visible from where I sat nearly throwing his bass backstage, as a roadie tried to stop him.

The rest of the band started playing “Nice Boys” from “Rose Tattoo,” but Mr. Stinson didn’t come onstage. Mr. Rose disappeared backstage, and reappeared moments later. He was followed by Mr. Stinson, who threw his bass onto a pile of equipment, flipped the middle finger at some crew members and left. The band finished the last song without a bassist."

It could've been some equipment issues, or it could've been something else.  There's no way for the reviewer or anyone else not a part of the band/crew to know the context.

Ali, I love your posts. They are all so surrealistic... Like if Tommy would kill Axl onstage, cut his head off and do some voodoo dance with the bloody head, you'd say "oh, it's just an equipment issue. Or something else. Ali" and you'd advice all of us to wait for further clarification from Team Brazil, cause it can be anything, like a new 3D movie or a new Better clip. I really love your Monty Pythonish realism! 22

This is so boring. I really wish Pamela would wake the fuck up and would find Slash, Duff and Izzy in GN'R again. Frank could stay, I don't give a shit.

Well, I don't get the hype, Richard is horrible on both NR and Rocket Queen. I think he's the worst slide guitar player on the planet right now.
