Actually a pretty good analogy for socialism.

The song is pretty cool.
Wrestling is still incredibly lol though. That whole thing was set up like he was Achilles or some kind of Caesar celebrathing a triumph, lmao! Even though "The Wrestler" made me realize it takes alot to be good at it, it still just looks silly when they're doing it. On the level of teletubbies when it comes to entertainment.

Is that official? Awesome either way.

Thal is definately not a social worker. If he was he'd know better than to put himself in such a akward position. Nobody's trying to bring the band down. People are simply reacting to all the lies and bullshit they have been fed for years. Some out of anger of a band that routinely attacks its fans, some out of boredom of a band that never seem to go anywhere. Chinese Democracy wasn't the start of anything, it was damage control. The band has treated it almost like an unwanted child. And then they act all surprised and indignant when people get fed up.
Not a word of it true? Oh, I highly doubt that. But hey, if you want to draw big war parallells why not go with something more proper?
Wollt ihr den totalen krieg?

That's what you've become Ron, a propagandist for a fascist regime. Why don't you do us all a favor and just stick with what you know, playing guitar.

When asked if I believe in God by Christians I usually ask them in return:
"Do you believe in Thor? Odin? The Greek Gods? The Egyptian Gods? The Hindu Gods?"
Very likely they say "of course not, don't be silly".
Then I say:
"Oh good then, we're the same you and me, I just include that last God into what I don't believe in".
Only thing difference between an atheist and a Christian is the God Yaweh. They believe in "him", and we/them don't.
I don't like to label myself athiest, as I like to believe in what I believe in and not follow any specific idea, but as I don't believe in the God called Yaweh, the Christian God, I guess I'm an athiest.
They should though, cause technically they're all the same god under different names.
Not that I'm an authority or anything, but after reading a fair bit about it think you can divide all religion into two paradigms:
- The eternal force, god is everything, man is god, you are god etc. The non-submissive, non-judgemental god that most if not all religions originally based their faiths on. These days often brushed off as various forms of "paganism" or "heresy".
- The Lord God from Babylon that slayed all of humanity because they wouldn't obey him (this guy might be an actual historical figure). The trinity dogma that seperates god from man and places authority with the priesthoods. The god most organized religion (and especially catholicism and islam) want you to believe in and submit to.

For individuals yes. For pop music overall, it's the Beatles, Elvis, MJ, and then everyone else.
Agree..... I was thinking individuals only.
The Rolling Stones deserves a place on that list as well, even if it's mostly due to longevity (although personally I think their catalouge kills everything of the above mentioned). Pushing 70 and still packing stadiums worldwide without a true hit record for 35 years, yeah, they're contenders alright.
