#3941 Re: The Garden » Guys and Dolls Documentary - real doll documentary (NOT SAFE FOR WORK) » 901 weeks ago
I was honestly expecting to see a post from Polluxlm here since he once posted about sharing a doll with is friend and asked if that was gay. What I found so funny about that question was that it completely failed to ask the question is there something wrong with fucking a doll.
To each their own I guess. I know some people who got that Fleshlight thing Stern talked about too. I guess it's no different than a woman using a dildo, but to me their is a huge jump from a dildo to a doll. As long as people aren't sticking their dicks in little kids or animals, I guess a doll is cool with me. As Stanhope says, If it gets you through your day, it's cool with me.

Most ISPs are going to this regardless of where you're at. I know that Comcast in the US has a monthly limit of 250GB. Most have something similar, though they don't advertise it. I have mixed feelings on fair usage. The reality is that some people completely abuse the system. They torrent and download anything their heart desires. The provider only has so much bandwidth allocated and if they let everyone exceed 250GB (or whatever is appropriate for your area) than it will be slow as shit. It's funny to me, because it's really coming back full circle to what it was before AOL started offering unlimited dial-up in the late 90s. In the early/mid-90s when I first started getting on the net (chat rooms were the coolest thing ever) 10-30 hours of online time a month was the standard. I remember using all of my allowance to get my parents to buy me the 30 hours for 30$ deal at Prodigy and I struggled to use all 30 hours (mostly playing checkers which I thought was so awesome).
They got us all hooked on crack the past 10 years with unlimited internet, throwing netflix, X-box live and a bunch of other bandwidth hogs at us. Now that we're used to it, they're going to revert back to the 90s model of internet, except they won't be charging us by the hour but by how much we download. Quite genius really. Kudos for the people behind this.

I paid 200$ for the Knucklebonz limited edition one. I even bought the McFarlane one cause they had the deluxe one cheap at Spencers. But how many times can you release a fucking doll of yourself and be taken serious. Kiss can get away with it because that was always part of their image. But Slash is supposed to be a street hardened rocker. Much love for the man, but it seems any notion of artistic integrity for him is going out the window.

I watched this movie and saw that at the end. I tried searching the forum trying to see if someone had explained why, but couldn't find anything. Anyone know the details on this? I also found it funny that all the original guitar work was done by Slash.

I downloaded Marley and Me. An Amazing movie. My friend recommended it to me and said it was the best Dog movie ever. If you're a Dog lover, this is definitely a movie to see.

I have no issue with them charging people a fair amount for a pet. Not every shelter is state funded and even if it is, those funds may not cover all the cost of operations. I know some shelters gas the pups after a few days, but alot seem to have people who temporarily adopt the animals until a "forever" home is found. There is a significant cost in the management of running a shelter and providing the needed food and other unfortunate requirements.
So 200$ may be an appropriate cost to adopt an animal, considering the cost of shots and spaying/neutering that most shelters require. When I bought my last Dog in 1998, it cost me 100$ to adopt him. The way I see it, if you can't afford a couple hundred dollars to adopt a pet, how are you going to be able to afford to feed and get them medical care when the occasion arrises.
