I would be the last person on Earth to ever mistake for a Cowboys fan, but I think you'd have to be blind to say that they dont have some of the most talented players in the NFL on that team. I HATE the Cowboys, but its true. That is an indictment of those players overall and the coaching/management. They are a soft team.
And come on man, Demarcus Ware is arguably the Defensive MVP of the season. He is a great player.

I dont know PA, they are a very talented group of individuals, but just not a great team. Romo is an above average QB, Barber is a very good RB when healthy, TO is TO, Witten is probably the best TE in the league, Ware is one of the better defensive players in the league, Newman is a very good CB... They say a team takes on the personality of its coach, and they are certainly no different. They thought Parcells was too tough and didnt treat them like men, well look at what they got. The worst thing that happened to them is letting Parcells leave.

The Cowboys are definatley one of the most talented teams in the NFL. But this isnt Madden or Fantasy Football. You cant just pick certain players and plug them in and expect everything to take off. Jerry Jones will never get this. And thats fine by me.
Jones also said after the game that Phillips would be back cause he has won 2/3s of his games, so thats fine by me also.
Helluva defensive performance by the Eagles today. It was the snowball effect out there.

My point hasnt been that if people just listen to it, they'll like it. I'm not going to argue that point. All I have said is that if this album would have been a Wal Mart exclusive and they pushed the shit out of it like they did AC/DC, it would have sold more than being an exclusive at Best Buy. It simple math. Thats all. I know you said that it is everywhere in Canada, but the bottom line is that doesnt matter as much as what is sold in the US.

What a fucking joke! People feeling compelled to buy an AC/DC album becasue of Wal-Mart. This discusion is ridiculous. An AC/DC greatest hits would kill in sales with or without promo. I know alot of people who bought Black Ice and do in fact really like that glorified piece of plastic with some prints on it. I know of only one fucking person who bought Chinese Democracy and he had very little to say about it when I asked him what he thought. "Meh it's o.k. but not as good as the old stuff" is the standard response. Oh and in Canada you can buy these albums anywhere you damn well feel like. No exclusive Best Buy or Wal-Mart stuff going on here so explain to me why AC/DC sells better in Canada? Cause of a Wal-Mart promotional campaigne? Gimme a fucking break.
What I cant understand is how people, like you, cant see what a difference it would have made had GNR went with Wal Mart than Best Buy. Wal Mart has pushed the living shit out of not just Black Ice, but AC/DC in general. Compare a store like Wal Mart, who has stores EVERYWHERE, to a store like Best Buy, who is in a lot of economic trouble and has stores few and far in between.
Its like talking to a fucking brick wall.
