Only thing that drops without any pre-notice is a surprise single IMO. That can then build to album hype.
With this band I'll believe it when I see it.

Deviuous, Dub Suplex and Dummy all need more time in the shop. None are ready for vocals and need the same overhaul that Shackler's eventually got. Take the riffs and figure something out with the parts, these are just the initial pieces of songs.
State of Grace probably needs some extra work too - and I don't just mean a better vocal track, the song sounds unfinished in general. Still much further along than some of the others.
That said, Devious is the least interesting of the bunch. It's got to go.

Maybe it is Axl’s turn to release and tour a solo album. He obviously has plenty of music to choose from and a lot of former employees to put a band together with.
Imagine if he took a break from Guns to tour AXL solo with a Chi Dem lineup

Anything from the RM1-4 discs that has a March date AND doesn't have Bucket on it (which is possibly hard to know) is the closest we've got to the Beavan album. By looks of it we've never had any mix that predates 2000.

A lot of seats are going to come down to vote splitting craziness, looks like Brexit Party are going for it so that may split Tory vote somewhat. It's too hard to predict imo.
Polling guru Curtice reckons neither of the big two get a majority though.

Speaking of fantasy booking, Sorry and Better would've really strengthened the album but we don't know how early these two tracks got lyrics/vocals, especially Better since it has the Pyramid title.
Considering the same scratch vocal take for Quick Song is still there on the 01 dated Quick Song disc that is on the March 00 RM2 disc, I wonder if he even tracked any vocals between 99-01. Sorry, Better and a lot of these instrumentals may have only got vocals between 02-07.

My tracklist for an 00 or 01 release is
1) Chinese Democracy
2) The Blues
3) If The World
4) Hard School
5) IRS
6) Prostitute
7) Madagascar
8) TWAT
9) Atlas Shrugged
10) Perhaps
11) Silkworms
12) Rhiad
13) Oh My God
14) Catcher In The Rye
Whole thing clocks in at about 1 hour 5 minutes. Take your pick on what mixes as long as they're known to be from 00 or 01. Would prefer to include a version of TWAT with the Bucket solo, but we don't know when that was tracked so can't fantasy book that on to my CD 00/01 tracklist. Think it all works as a solid rock record of it's time and probably has 3-4 useable singles on it; more if you wanted to milk the record dry. It's a crying shame this album never saw the light of day back then.
