Interesting theries James about the draft pick. Although, as for RB's, if they want a RB they would likely draft McFadden from Alabama. He could be great. Although, trading the pick for multiple later picks wouldn't be a bad idea either. Remember the Saints trading EVERY pick of the year for Ricky Williams. They could really build deep & draft for the future replacing their aging LB's, Safeties etc. Maybe even draft a WR in the 1st rd too, LB in 2nd & 3rd etc. Think about it, they'd have 2 picks in every round if they could make a trade like that.

FYI, I'm guessing we all need to put our picks in by tomorrow, being that there's Thanksgiving day games (Dallas & Detroit, as always)

I watched 'Knocked Up', thought it was hysterical. Probably the funniest movie for me since "Something About Mary". It was great at showing the differences of men & women, especially at that age & stage of life, where girls tend to mature faster than guys. ("Awww yeah, she wants seconds!!").

Can you put a magnet on a shoelace to fish around down there?? Maybe it'll catch.

Also, what's so important about this "fork"?

Um... no? I know this thread is about this lawsuit, but why in the world would Kiedis say something so dumb about an album that is average when compared against their catalogue for God's sake?

$$$.

j/k, overall I think RHCP are right on this one though. Imagine if a show came out called Paradise City, or if Prison Break was called Rusty Cage. To an extent, is in infringing on a title they created to become popular. Actually I'm surprised Showtime DIDN'T get approval on the title in advance. Also can't beleive this guy created a character "Dani California"?? And then tries to attach it back to a bumber sticker from the 70's.

I like how we made it TWICE with Detroit and Flint! I live smack dab between the two. I'm about 50 minutes south of Flint and about 45 minutes north of Detroit.

I was wondering what you'd have to say about it 16

Out of curiousity, are the "nice" sections to Detroit?? Does it have a vibrant nightlife, or Center City district with bars & resturants? Or do people just avoid the entire city at night.

Without bashing "The H"...  I have a few theories I think added up may explain most of it.

A. There really isn't GnR "News" anymore, therefore, alot of moderate/slightly curious fans no longer visit, and have moved on to other, non-GnR related forums and websites. Essentially giving up hope CD will be appearing anytime soon. Likely they will return if & when a release date is announced.

B. Similar to A, but that alot of posters only had GnR as their flavor of the month band. ("Yeah, I love GnR" 6 months later, "ACDC is great!!"  6 months later "Metallica the best band ever!!"). They have their leaks, but now have a new 'favorite' band.  This would mostly attribute to a younger crowd, likely of school age (teens - 22/25).

C. People got fed up with alot of things & rules related to HTGTH. It gets frustrating there and reading "What shirt is Axl wearing in this picture" is a waste of anybody's time. These people have moved on to other sites and are now free to post whatever they want on other GnR forums.

Pittsburgh losing hurt me. I had 14 on that one. Only 3 on tonights game so I can't make up much ground.

The most ironic thing that could happen would be if Miami were the team to stop the perfect run.  Granted this is one hell of a long shot but it's perfect.  It couldn't be written any better in a fictitious story.  You have the only team that has had a perfect season going against the team that is making a run at a perfect season.  To make the story even juicier it is highly likely that Miami will still be winless and that NE will still be lossless.  Add to that the fact Miami has seemed to have New England's number over the past few seasons regardless of how crappy they were doing as a ball club at the time.  Wouldn't it be perfect?  Maybe Chinese Democracy will be released the following Tuesday as well...back to reality.

Interesting theory... any given Sunday, right. Anyway, yeah they might even have Ricky Williams back by then too. Who knows. The Steelers are the best shot, then NYG the final week. I wouldn't rule out Baltimore either, they HAVE to start winning games & if Ray Lewis can return to his old form for 1 more game, it's possible.
