Only 2 of my real life friends are even aware of CD (that I know of, if there's any others they're so uninterested they haven't mentioned it), one lost interest when she found out Slash and Duff weren't on it so probably hasn't even heard it, the other described it as 'superb'.

Well I do. Not so much the youngsters working part time in retail but I've had a lot of problems switching my utilities over during my recent house move. It's a shame if the customer service staff don't get paid what they think they should but I still expect to get the services I'm paying for.

If I get mad at sales people (and only in my head, I always act polite even if I don't feel it), it's because most of the shops here are staffed by 17 year olds that are only working for pocket money and really couldn't give a fuck about helping customers get what they need.
I'm just not loving any kind of customer service right now, it honestly seems to me that people can't be arsed to put any effort into their jobs 'cos they'll still get paid each month regardless.

CITR is the song that surprised me the most, I wouldn't say it "grew" on me, because I was impressed & liked it alot from the start. I didn't think much of the leak of it.
I always liked CITR well enough but I'd put it in my top 3 on CD at the moment, I love the final version.
Damn Slinger, I'm off work sick today and bored to tears, you've made me really want to watch Wayne's World and I don't have it!

Sorry has really grown on me. I found it nearly made me cringe hearing the way he delivers the 'I don't want to do it' line at first but I've got over it now and can enjoy the song.
I always skip Madagascar and I can't warm to This I Love, yet. Regardless of what our anticipations were, we've got a good album.
