Maybe they took the kids away because of all the threats they're receiving?  To keep 'em safe.

LOL!  Thanks Neemo.

You need like 6 guitars and 12 arms just to play the intro to Battery!

I'll tell you what though...if I have to see another Cena main event at wrestlemania this year, I will be unhappy!

Well get ready...

Even if there were to be a Hogan/Austin ticket, they would still be a mid-card. No lie. It's an age old wrestling tradition, even among the legends, that you ALWAYS allow title matches to be the main events.

Thus the reason that last WrestleMania, even though the biggest match on the card was HBK/Flair (Flair's final match), it was a mid-card.

Minus WM 11 where they thought LT and Bam Bam werea bigger draw than HBK/Nash. If Hogan vs. Austin happens it will most likely be in the middle of the World title and WWE title match. Austin while he has been absent is still one of the biggest draws for WWE and they will use that.

I think we're more likely to see Austin vs. The Rock.

I watched Jumper today because it was on HBO in HD. It was ok for the most part then the ending just made the whole thing not even a little bit worth while.

Next up is The Wrestler which I hope to watch tomorrow.

Saw The Wrestler the night before I saw these last two movies.  Well worth it.  It's interesting as it shows you the backstage aspect of wrestling.  You know, the two guys discussing the match and stuff like that.  It really shows you how even though wrestling might be fake, the hits they take are not.  That's just the wrestling part of it though.  Randy "The Ram" sure has a hard and interesting life.

I saw Gran Torino and Eagle Eye last night.

Gran Torino is one hell of a movie.  Clint Eastwood is like..78 years old and he is still one hell of an actor.  The intensity in his scenes is something I haven't seen before.  He says things like, "I shoot a hole in your face, and then go inside and sleep like a baby.  You can count on that.  We used to stack fucks like you five feet high in Korea and use you as sand bags," and it's believable!  Highly recommended.

Eagle eye was pretty good as well.  A lot of people don't like Shia, but he does well in this movie.  Very high paced movie, but the slow parts kind of drag on.  Still recommend though.

I don't think anyone who wasn't on the boards knew what to expect on this record.  Hell, it's a wonder anyone even knew about the record, unless you got Best Buy ads in the mail, or picked up the sunday paper.

i can see youtube being a pay site in the future...at the very least i think there will be a members only area that you have to pay for

The day it becomes a pay site is the day a site called something like "metube' takes over where youtube left off.

The music industry needs to realize that youtube is really nothing more than free promotion for its artists. They have to stop looking at everything and having visions of dollar signs. Its what put them into this mess in the first place.

The music industry keeps taking steps backwards.  We're now at the age where anyone with a computer, and some decent recording equipment can put their music out there.  There's now a website that lets you put your music on itunes.  There's no need for some huge record deal to get your music out there for the masses.

This is just one of the many nails already in the coffin.

You know what really grinds my gears?  When people on forums can't get along!  Like, for example.  One member posts something, an opinion if you will.  This opinion kind of generalizes, but it doesn't single anyone out.  We'll call this member...hmm, member a.  Now, enter member b.  He reads a's opinion and flies off the handle, insulting a and making it personal.

Grr, I may just lose sleep over this!
