yea but its a bit of a scam...isnt it like 10% rebate on minimum $2000? you really gonna put $2000 into a place you are renting to save $200 at tax time?
I'd like to put a shitload of work into my place but i dunno if its in tha cards at the moment...i'm just plugging away...if i hit $2000 i'll be lucky
We need to renovate the unit anyway, we're converting a garage into a two bedroom apartment. Hoping to have tenants in there in a few months. Key is to make it look like they do work on my own place (otherwise we don't get the credit).
You get 15% credit on anything from $1000 up to $10,000. It's probably going to be the only year they'll do it, so if you need to do any repairs or anything, now's the time.

I think naming their kids like that is abuse enough. The parents are obviously fucked in the head. Imagine growing up telling everyone your name is Adolf Hitler. You'd be tortured in school and you'd never have a fair chance to succeed in life.

I lost interest pretty much after the album was released. I don't really care about this band anymore. If they do come to my city, I'll go, but I'm not really that interested in all the BS that's gone on since the album was released. Cool enough that Axl visited the forums, but I'm not all that bothered by it.
