I just hope one day we get to hear everything...which if CD doesn't sell well we may not 
still hopefully CD will be sucessful and then we'll get more.

Proof has to be shown these songs were intended for release to fall under that specific copyright infringement claim.
Yeah..but assuming they are ramping up a release...can't universal or whoever just pull out the finished CD master they are in the process of working on the artwork or pressing or whatever is being done and point out that X number of the same songs are on the album?
Sure the leaks are draft versions..but a judge will achnowlege that Maddy is Maddy no matter what take of the vocal track and solo hits the album. The only way one could say these songs are not intended for release is if the album came out with none of them on.

Slash stole music that was already released for his OWN use - the leaker has stolen unreleased stuff and given it to hundreds if not thousands of people that may now never buy it. If slash had been stealing CDs and distributing them instead of learning guitar from them it would be the same.
As was said above..i think most musicans will come out in support of axl on this one.

Exactly...polluxlm....there's a huge difference between "I don't have four albums READY for release" and "I don't have four albums". I actually kinda see this as bad news - as it means there is a huge supply of 'unfinished' or 'unworthy' songs Axl will sit on for who knows how long. Think of the gems that we might never hear. There could be more SRs or Catchers just living on an HDD somewhere for decades.

yeah i'm looking forward to this album...i find they have a few songs i love on most of their albums...especially 15 and timebomb...and too drunk seems like its in the same kinda vain....great band.

Their new single is pretty good. Their singer is really showing his age though.
Some good old rocking ACDC. But how long are they going to keep talking about school boys and school girls? At their age, it gets really creepy.
Actually that's what i like about them. You know what you get and it works. Sure every record is kinda the same...but their hits are awesome...and when you want some sleazy blues rock you can rely on them to deliver it!
Did you think the singer sounded different? That's interesting - cos to be honest I thought this whole track sounds like it could be on any of their albums! To me "they still got it"
