This thread would overhype a full leak of the mastered album. I gotta say, I'm not totally in the dark on this one, but the riddles are just self serving jack off material and I'm really surprised in some of you for playing this game.

It's a smear campaign on the part of the irresponsible journalists who continue to report on this tragedy. I'm a journalist. That's what I was referring to.

They should let Heath R.I.P. and stop drudging this shit up. An amazing talent was accidentally lost. Admire this last great performance he gave and let it be. They need to give the smear campaign a break.

I don't think that's the case. That is, I've heard otherwise. But it's not the first rumbling of this, so it should be interesting to see how it plays itself out.

This one looks to be totally badass. I'm so happy to see an old school monster movie, not some CGI popcorn shitfest. This reminds me more of the old Hammer Curse of the Werewolf instead of the Universal stuff, but that's actually a plus. Check it out and thanks to ComicCon for supplying me all these cool new bootleg trailers!

TDK will be #1 for a third straight week. If it beats the new Mummy opening, expect it to stay at the top for the next few weeks after that. The majority of August, really. The last film to stay at #1 five weeks or more and pull more than $20 million each week was, I believe, The Sixth Sense. Films have become so front-loaded, even since that came out in '99, that I'm still waiting for that next #1 streak. I think TDK stands the best chance in a long time of going the distance. This thing's a phenomenon in every sense of the word. The Mummy will open big, but not huge. Like it's been said, it's a dated "craze." The X-Files failed to connect with a broad audience for a similar reason, although I personally enjoyed the movie and it's still my favorite TV show.

The Last Stand was more fun than it's often given credit for, but to me it felt like such a rush job that it really pulled me out of the film, out of that rich universe Singer created in the first two films. X2 remains one of the best comic adaptations out there. I'm very excited to see this new Wolverine, especially after that trailer. I really wish they'd drop the gimmicky "X-Men Origins" from its moniker, though.
