are you talking about this? He kinda screams the verse more than normal.
Yes I believe so. The original version was taken by a fan on his phone I think and it sounded even rawer with the low quality.

wait....so you're saying we can't actually leave earth?
I've seen no evidence for it so far. But I've seen a lot of other things putting their whole scheme into question.

I think part of what makes classic GN'R unique is that not only do you have one of the most talented singers and frontmen of all time but he is also straining his voice beyond the max to the point of ruining it for good. Combined with the other talent in the band and the volatile personalites, you got a truly explosive band bursting with energy and creativity. Late 80s GN'R is a once in a lifetime happening.

This night was never topped vocally imo.
One of the best performances from the band period but especially Axl is magical here:

When they were the biggest band in the world:

Listening to those 80s clips it becomes apparent how much his voice deteriorated in the late 80s before collapsing on the 91 tour. 92 we hear a reborn Axl with more control of his voice but with a cleaner rasp which eventually turned into Mickey Mouse after his late 90s surgery. In the 2000s he has been focusing on his falsetto but I remember a notable exception on Nightrain in Tokyo in 09 or 10. Anybody still have the video?

My PS account was banned because of some payment issue and I had to start a new one.
Yes, thank you. The corona years have actually been good to me. Got started on two projects I wanted to do for a long time. And business wise people are spending more than ever so our company has had a great year.
GN'R have released music this year and there is even a Sopranos movie coming up, so it's shaping up to be a very good year.

Can you please elaborate on the premise beneath your question?
There's nothing going on up there. They discovered that with Von Braun's rockets. At a certain height they can't penetrate it.
Now it's just escapism for young men. Once you start looking at these space videos with the premise they were created in a studio or a computer you can never look back. A 2000 year old Greek theory they pass as real. But like Aristotle and every other ancient speculation, Pythagoras and Hipparchus were also wrong. The model of the Earth they use is based on a prop from a 1920s movie. Amazing prescience, or not.

Those interviews show Axl is the last real rock star. Articulate, independent and doesn't give too much of a fuck.
While not a rock artist, I think Harry Styles "rebellious" move to pose on the cover of Vogue in a womans dress says all about the current artistic climate.

Amazingly the optimists were right this time. Must be a first.

Sounds like the conditions for another few decades of boogey men and foreign invasions are secured. Because surely we are not expected to believe that the top military cadre could not foresee this.

You still believe in space James? You should come over to the other side, much more fun.
