As far as the instrumentals go, try to imagine the track finished with vocals.
This is based on Rough Mixes Disc 2 only, not any other demo. There will be no tie breaker, unless there's a mass 7 way tie or something equally absurd.

Kind of easy for me, Tonto isn’t as interesting but it could offer variety on an album. I should probably listen to it again with regards to Quick Song which I like but could be slowed down, probably a lot of Bucket stuff could be Blues’d out.
So I have to decide if Zodiac is better than the obvious ones. Eye probably goes next round for me so judgment day is inevitable.
Overall the leak stuff is in some ways more powerful than the CD songs. Maybe they just haven’t been messed with. Zodiac could be next level if completed.

This one too. I was skeptical at first, but it’s really catchy. Also only because there are some vocals, doesn’t mean it’s finished. There definitely is potential there.
