Listening to that Perhaps clip again. They may have improved the song. They need to shake some speed on this....

Listened to those soundcheck clips again. It's really hard to tell....it could be Oklahoma...or something else. We needed a longer clip.

God I hope they don't hold anything back for this reason. He doesn't have to perform every released song.

Just consider the new song(s) as a promotional tool....that's it.

I remember someone "INSIDERY" (MSL maybe?) mentioned that "The General" might be actually a combination of a bunch of ideas explored in the instrumental demos on the rough mix CDs, So i wouldnt be shocked if that rehersal clip from last year turned out to be part of the general

I hope the band get something out. It feels like this post CD era has gone on forever, and the clip does sound good.

I'd like to see them move on to something new

I'm really hoping we get The General or Oklahoma or something where we haven't already heard the lyrics in a demo (yes, I know, it's our own fault for listening to the demos...).
