Civil War is a must
More new stuff is a must (1/2 the album min, alternating songs every show)
More Illusion stuff would be nice, but not a must (again, just alternate songs)
2 Encores would just be cool
Each member gets a Solo

I actually think every track that's ever been played since 2001 (not counting the new stuff from 2006) should all be retired.

I think the diehards would much rather hear new cuts off of CD, instead of hearing CD, Maddy, Street of Dreams, Riad... AGAIN. roll

You left one in.  16  Not a bad setlist.

I like Aerosmith's version better.  But that's just an opinion.

What I think they should do is get on a national radio show or something for VH1 and play the entire album live from a studio while mixing in only a couple of the major hits from the old band.  They could control the sound the way they wanted and introduce people to the album properly.  Even though I think the album blows with the exception of TWAT, there is an audience for this album out there...they just need to make an effort to find it.

Then they can take the CD tour on the road.  They may butcher the shit out of some of the old songs, but they play their songs well for the most part.  That's what they need to create a market for.

agree 100%........:nervous:.....I'm scared. Karma.:peace: You would also introduce people to the individuals in the band.

Agreed. Play all the CD songs with a couple of old hits (WTTJ, PC, SCOM, YCBM, NR) and some other classic songs that suit the new new new new band (My Michelle, Nightrain). I'd rather hear any cover (Sailin' etc.) than the 2456th rehash of the classic band's catalogue.

Kind of a dream? 16 You got way too many epics on that list. I doubt he could handle doing that many. He didn't even do Estranged, NR, Coma, Locomotive, and Breakdown in one night in his prime, and you have CD epics on that set as well.

I do like how you placed Jungle towards the end. The song was never meant to be an opener. That only started in the CD era so he could get a huge pop from the crowd right from the get go.
