This is a "solo" tour. No Brain and Dan Monti with him this time.

Can anyone recommend Bucket/Brain stuff I should check out?

giant robot ntt is the quintessential buckethead release. it encapsulates all his different styles, sounds and gimmicks into one coherent package. it also features some stellar drumming from brain. you won't be able to find a physical copy of it, but it's on youtube.

monsters and robots is another classic, also with brain on drums. there's even some les claypool on like half the songs!

both are highly recommended.

if you're more into the chill stuff, check out colma. some of bucket's best work on that one.

Got tickets to Boston in April. Very excited - first time seeing Bucket! Missed out on GNR in 2002 and hadn't kept track of his solo stops. Really pumped.

I'd wanted the Dawn of the Deli Creeps record for years.

I usually start by looking at record stores then go iTunes/Amazon. The latter had it for $50-100 and eBay the same which is way too rich for my blood.

After some pawing around, I found it on the TDRS site for $15. Bought!

The Pikes are currently 60% Off for $2/ea.

Or you can nab all of them for $217.00 which equals out to $1.24/ea.

There's been some pretty awesome releases lately: 260, 265, 267 to name a few.

My old computer with the CD drive won't scan it.
