I don't see the big deal. Like James said, it's common that some stations will play CD material, all you really have to do is send a demo over to them.

as for the digital download...obviously that is from the rumor earlier in the year which started at Anit-Music as a suggestion for marketing CD...to got the "radiohead route" i think the areticle said...as usual the media takes things and puts spin on it...then before we know it something hypothetical turns into word directly from the label
