Love To Love sounds awful to me. Very weak and thin voice drenched in effects to hide it.

Right, I'm going to www.socan.com

I'm going to search (top right, the lines then repertoire search), and in music publisher, putting 'Black Frog', and everything GN'R related comes up. It's a song repertory of sorts.

Two queries. What is 'Lip Service', and also State of Grace' is listed.

I think some of the titles are just where songs have appeared in movies and on tv shows.

The State of Grace code matches SCOM, so I'm guessing it might have been an alternative title back in the day, or maybe the song featured in a show called State of Grace.

edit. It was on the Soundtrack of the 1990 movie, State of Grace. Oh well.

Lip Service was a fashion label Axl wore, but it looks like it's listed as an Original song title with a work number, but not a release code. I can't find anything on Google

The label was owned by Drew Bernstein who killed himself in 2014, he was a friend of Izzy's and had an outlet on Melrose. https://www.apparelnews.net/news/2014/a … ein-1963-/

If Lip Service is listed as a song title then i wonder if they recorded something for him to use in a radio advert in the early days. I cant think any other reason it would be listed as a song

Fantastic movie, BTW, if you have never scene it.  Irish mafia in Hell's Kitchen, NYC.  One of Sean Penn's best performances ever.
