the official site has the line-up listed. the current line-up. do you think that if the old guys reunited they would bother to put something like that on the site just to throw-off the internet geeks? we're not that important. if there was a reunion they wouldn't bother throwing a current line-up in there.

None of what will say will happen. Axl is going to sit back and pout and see how the album does. If it does great, he may tour, if not, he will keep silent for a few years and come back at 49 with the old band.

Really? Finally releasing an album after 14 years, having brutal production value on songs that were finished 4+ years ago, not doing ANYTHING to promote it, and missing 2 of the key guys that wrote the songs doesn't sound a lot like someone that has their shit together to me, but maybe I just have higher standards than you guys do.
The guy is AWOL (as is the rest of his "band" with very, very minor momentary exceptions) in the weeks before the most hyped album release ever and you guys think everything is ok with Axl? I hope none of you are psychologists responsible for putting insane criminals back on the street because they seem to be ok.

ever seen a trainwreck?.........destroyed train and track, damage to anything in the area like forest or buildings, deaths, etc.
do any of these things sound like axl?
if i say no it's not because i have low standards it's because it's an unfitting analogy.
i am not denying axl's wierd behavior but is it going to stop you or anyone else from buying the album?
is it really synonomous with a trainwreck?
i also have a question for anyone saying axl went awol: axl has been seen in public and has reportedly turned down an interview with mtv. does this sound like someone who is awol? or someone that simply is not ready to make a big deal of himself at the moment?
as far as a reunion for this show. the only way it is possible is if the old band is willing play a new song and if everyone else is onboard, obviously. how rediculous would it be to go back to playing old material the day the new material comes out and in supprt of it. obviously, a reunion will push sales to the extreme but the timing is not right if htye are going to play jungle or paradise city.

Axl is insecure about this album and will only come out in support if it is worshiped like it is on HTGTH.
