That's not how this band has ever worked though. Even back in the day songs that had been written by Axl, Izzy and Huge back in their Indiana days ended up on GNR records many years later (Back Off Bitch).
If you have any hope of hearing something new from this band ever again, take some hope from the fact they soundchecked and rehearsed (with Axl!) an unreleased, new song that was worked on during the CD days and possibly earlier in the mid 90s.
They rehearsed HS at sound check with Axl?

I should have said one of the biggest reunions of all time but the GNR reunion is every bit as big as those, since people have been asking for this reunion for over 10 years.
It also does not matter if coachelle is going to sell out regardless. That is irreverent. This is about guns n roses having a reunion which is supposed to be a huge deal and its already being mishandled badly. They are already doing everything wrong.
Like I said Slash and Duff and to confirm themselves. That is not handling it well. That is a joke. The announcement should have been made all at the same time and by one source. But stuff on the reunion is coming out little by little. Its being badly managed.
You dont have to announce the tour yet but you should have a official announcement about the full band and the plans. you don't need specific dates for the stadium tour.
They just need to say there will be a US stadium tour to follow but more on that later. You shouldn't have had Slash and Duff confirming on FB own their own they are now back in the band officially.
There was a Coachella press release and a Guns N' Roses press release.
There has been no official guns n roses announcement about the reunion nor who is in the full band.
Slash and Duff confirmed they in GNR again, GNR didnt do it first.
Casuals still have no clue what is going on because there is no real news. My friends still ask me who is in the band and what is going on because there is no full official announcement. We just know the Axl, Slash and Duff are playing coachelle. And like I said Slash and Duff had to announcement it themselves that they were in the band.
There is still nothing on gunsnroses.com or GNR FB page about Slash and Duff being back in the band.

Well to be honest, I felt like he has been dialing it in for a while now. I'd be irritated if he continued to do so with such a big opportunity here. This is going to be huge news, and if he gets up there and is lazy....what a waste. If he showed up lean n' mean like 2006, that would be killer. I want to be optimistic, but I'm giving it 50/50.
He was not dialing it in during the 2014 residency when he performed two of the most difficult songs in the GN'R catalog, in TWAT and "Prostitute", IMO.

Only GNR could fuck this up. Why does Axl feel so obligated to keep the hired guns on? I still believe Slash and Duff will do it right which means we get the original 5 pro shot
When was the last time Izzy did a full tour? Can Adler's sobriety be 100% assured for the duration of the tour?
Assuming Frank and Richard are in, I would ponder those questions prior to answering yours.

At either the last or next to last show of the first Vegas residency, Axl asked the crowd to sing Happy Birthday to Amy. I was on the floor that night. That's the last I remember hearing of her.

I guess I'm just confused. People wonder why this forum is stagnant & membership is down & what can be done about it. Yet subjects being discussed are band lawsuits over contracts from 20 years ago...
