No it Wouldn't Mick. it's all legal as long as it's less than 30 secs. Although Neemo or James might have a slight prob with you posting even that.

MSL did mention after the AQ leak that the new tracks that were leaked were done so because they had been played live before, leaked, or probably weren't on CD. So If The World, and #2 has a posibility of not being on CD. I doubt it but you never know

honestly I seriously doubt i'll be disappointed. I don't care how long it took to make, and Even if it s just another album then i'll be ok with that. I've walked away from gnr these years and will continue to come in and out until it is released.

As much as I would LOVE to see a reunion, I hope it doesn't happen until all the tracks that are worthy of being released are released. In my opinion I think they should release 2 discs of finished songs, then if the other stuff isn't finished get it finished or at least close (spending no more then 6 months on it) and release a B-sides type album, like Smashing Pumpkins did.
(Sorry for all the recent SP comparisons but this sounds like a good idea to me)

Yesterday i put the 9 song leak+ shackler's revenge mp3 album i made in my car...
I hadn't listened to any of them in a long time...perhaps 1 month or smth...
Probably 'cuz i got "tired" of the leaks...
But i realised that,people this album is HUGE...i was tryin' to find the weakest song but i couldn't....Rhiad perhaps?
If u detox yourself from GN'R and then start listening to the leaks...you realise that Chinese Democracy is gonna be a great album.
This is what I do every now and then. I have to do this with every band. I'll listen to mostly a certain band for a while then I'll have to take a break from them.
I also am a bit tired of AFD. It's still a great album but.....I just need something new. There's only one or two songs from AFD that i go back to and that's just so i can have a reference when playing guitar.

Apparently Gould told the crowd at the Best Buy event that Chinese Democracy will have 15 tracks. Unfortunately this was not recorded, although I believe it. No sense in lying when everything else said by those that were there was true.
I hope we get more than five songs we haven't heard. Sure, I would love to hear final versions of all these tracks, but time hasn't been too kind on them. Beggars cant be choosers I guess so if all these songs make the final cut we just have to grin and bare it.
If I had any say in the creation of the tracklist, I would get on my knees and beg for IRS, Prostitute, and possibly Madagascar to be left in the vault.
I'd do anything for Catcher in the Rye recorded by the 2001 lineup to be on the album.
Madagascar???Prostitute? Ok i might would agree on Prostitute(not likely tho) But Madagascar??? That song is epic!
