Got floor tickets for this show. If anyone wants me to send them updates let me know. Preferably someone in the same time zone unless someone else REALLY wants to stay up that late.
Duff lives in Seattle right? Here's hoping he shows up!

I thought the answer about no videos with CD was total horse poo. He wanted people to really "hear it" first...yea right.
I thought it was a wonderful answer. Same reasons Pearl Jam had for not releasing music videos.
They wanted people to hear the music and develop their own images and ideas for what the songs are about instead of being force fed images and ideas. I agree. Music videos are pretty pointless most of the time.

I think they are one of the most overrated bands in history of music. just my opinion.
This is worthy of a ban.
Layne wrote some of the most emotionally raw lyrics about despair that I have ever heard. And he sang them with such emotion. And that voice, who knew that could come out of some 100lb dude.

Seriously, what the fuck is it with the presidential candidates? Hermain Cain is a joke. Rick Perry seems to have taken Bill Maher's suggesting of doing shrooms a little too seriously. And Mitt Romney is forever doomed to second place, but will do a 180 at moments notice.

There's an expression here in Australia: "Photos or it didn't happen"

In the US it's "Pics or it didn't happen"
Or "Tits or GTFO"
Either works in this case.

Ouch.
These reasons are why bands like Guns N' Roses, despite a re-casting, will always remain popular, at least for the time being. In the last 10-15 years, nobody has really taken the ball from those early 90's rock bands on popularity. It's just not there.
Look at how people turned on Creed. Now it's happened to Nickleback. It'll eventually happen to Shinedown (I actually like them).
It will happen to Shinedown because they keep releasing the same fucking album over and over. If they actually explored the realm of music and took risks instead of playing it safe they might actually be good a couple years from now.
I'm calling it now, their next album will be Sound of Madness 2.0 but will be hailed by them as "new and exciting" and "a total departure from our last record."
Fuck off and retire already. You released your three decent albums, go work at Starbucks. I'd like extra whip please.

Seriously?! The RRHOF is very "presitgious"?
Has Slash seen the other people who have been inducted?
CANCER!
(please don't hate, it was a joke)
