Then, a reunion, but i was being extremely serious when saying to tour with both old and new musicians. It would also add a whole new color. I think i'd be a very interesting mix. Plus, i'd be a lot easier on stage going like " hey people, this is a little of what we did with so and so and bam, a song from new GNR or VR"..Alternating songs people know played with the old ones and supported by the new ones, and then, new songs with the actual musicians, supported by the old.
Each one of them having their little moment of glory, no one overshadowing another, no egos attached.

Then, after exposure for both bands ( VR and GNR), both release their own material.
