New tracks for the public, in digital & physical format. That would generate new revenue and make the artist feel better (given the tracks are good and promoted proper).
Commission a proper documentary film glossing over the career of the artist. Get 'his side' out there, so that people could applaud his career achievements.
Let the artist slip into further semi-retirement, feeling secure with whatever legacy he has at that point.

Fortus is somewhere between employee and partner and his own person.
He's on contract, which in Josh Freese's time meant any Guns activity (tours, etc) would be a "priority" over other ventures. Ron got quite pissed about this arrangement in around 2011-2. You could almost say below-the-line personnel learned about tours from the web 
I imagine he enjoys a fixed salary from Guns, which may not be as much as one thinks. This would be for services rendered on the road and in studio.
As for splitting the loot with the lawyers, that's a first. You have the Guns partnership (ASD), who take most of the cake. After that, the rest of the band fend for themselves. If they get a fixed salary from Guns by courtesy of showing up, negotiating your own NITL cut may be more tempting than letting TB decide your worth for the promoters.

and didn’t hide in fear (nor continue to do so).
Actually, Swedes have increasingly limited their movement, steering clear of market places and other hotspots. Local businesses are already suffering because of this.

I wouldn't drum up Sweden as anything but a cautionary tale in this whole saga. May Day celebrations are due. This means mass gatherings outdoors. We'll see the effects play out in 4 weeks time.
We're projected to have 67k dead from COVID by August, slightly more than the flu in 2018. So tell me how making that comparison is unfair, since the demographics of fatalities from the flu and covid are almost identical.
We're probably looking at the same graphs. The prediction holds that the death rate would wind down mid-May, reaching near-zero in early June. Even so, their guess is anywhere between that and 125k.
The problem is there is that one epidemic is in the past and the other is ongoing. Making direct comparisons, or even educated guesses, is tricky because of so many factors.
Pull up the numbers and make an argument. Just be prepared to defend why 61 million people getting H1N1 in 2009 didn't deserve any kind of action, and this does.
The number of confirmed H1N1 cases by WHO in 2009 was approximately 1.6 million. Obviously, other numbers have been tossed around from 700 million upwards. But the same uncertainty goes for COVID19, which, by rough comparison, is about 6 times more fatal.

So higher, but still minuscule. What is that - .022%? Even if it's 10 times that is .22%. I have to just sit here and shake my head at this. Yes, if you know one of the .02%, this sucks. You don't destroy a global economy for that rate...you don't. It's completely irresponsible.
Now let's see where they are number wise once this thing winds down (keeping in mind that may be this time next year). In theory they should slow down while the other countries spike later when they eventually relax controls.
Sweden will be screwed, that's where they'll be. Nursing homes have real issues, as do ethnic minorities. The death toll given does not represent the situation accurately. I fear the numbers will sky-rocket within the next four weeks.

I agree with Atari, here.
Atlas is patchy, musically. Like CITR, it really suffers from Ax's off the wall recording style, with noticeable splices in the sound when one section is married to something completely different. Axl's voice is amazing here, carrying the melody around inventively and the song overall has a nice, uplifting feel to it. I'm reminded of Boston (the band) for some reason...
That Blues is sublime, pretty much the studio version everyone wanted to hear after RIR3. Musically, it's extremely tight and Axl's producing style pays back in spades.

I think NME was the first to namedrop 2000 Intentions in June '99, when the SCOM hybrid (new band + old live band) was featured on Big Daddy OST.
Then Kerrang parroted that in August, also suggesting Cockaroach Soup (misheard 'Chinese Stew'?).
In late September, according to Goldstein, CD was decided upon. Axl & Dougie confirmed it to the media separately in November.
