Pretty hard for a freak (Slash) to stand up to freaks.
And Paxcow is totally right. Slash doesn't respond because he's shut down.
No its not - you dont see Slash making crazed statements blaming the world for all his problems, and you dont have deranged groupies coming out of the woodwork to fight his battle for him.
Its a sad day when 'GNR fans' take the side of an attention seeking crazy over Slash.
Oh well, at least you all know about Axl's willy now.
For shame.

It's sort of beneath him to have to comment. He's a world famous guitarist. At best she is the cheating ex-girlfriend of an ex-member of his former band, or alternatively a groupie. Not sure its worthy of an official response. But given the author of the post is incorrect about Axl and Slash's relative height...it makes you question if it's even the real woman posting.
I agree with you and also think it would be beneath Slash to comment on this loon's ramblings on their own - shes clearly not normal. However, I do hope that he has something to say about Axl's recent rants against him, but then again he has so far proved himself to be the better and more mature man by not doing so. Its a toughie!

What a nutcase. Famous for being a groupie. Good work....
Sounds like she got knocked back by Slash a few times and wasnt happy about it....
Found it amusing that she thought that Axl should be proud for making the most expensive album ever. What an achievement. A gold plated turd is still a turd in my book.
Shame that GNR continues to get tarnished again and again by this lameness.
Sort it out Axl, speak for yourself. In a sensible coherent manner though please.

Bit confused how or why people would want to see Frank or Brain drum for a reunion? You may as well call the current line up a reunion if thats how you feel. It has to be Adler or Sorum - sure people may not like Sorum but he'd validate a reunion much more than someone who wasnt there in the first place.
I'd go for Adler, classic drummer who still has the chops and was an equal part of what made GNR great.. If I only he can get himself together. He does look better these days, but that prob wont last sadly.

I proposed the name "The Money Shot" but i guess it was disregarded for some reason
I though the name 'Duff, Muff & Stuff' wouldve been better, they didnt listen to my idea.

My good lady is getting me a record player for Xmas - spent far to long collecting MP3s and forgetting how good it is to get a shiny new album, look at the art, read the lyrics etc etc instead of just being a file on the Ipod. Already got a few sweet records lined up and I'll finally be able to give my copy of Live Like A Suicide a spin. Cant wait.

Interesting stuff! Why would anyone drop NIN for 'personal projects'? thats like taking roadkill over a prime Porterhouse. If anyone is interested, and I didnt want to put this in the GNR section at the whole time of the 'Wheres Finck?' debate but Rich Fowndes was booted from NIN for Justin Meldal Johnson because of Robin Finck directly. The word from Rich was that Finck didnt want him there. For what reason I dont know. So, from that, I think Robin has more of a say in NIN than people may think. Whether thats the case or not I dont know.
I got that info from the Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster btw, so I dont think its dishonest in anyway. They still are good friends with Rich so theres little cause for slander or gossip from those guys. Just an interesting snippet i thought.

Interesting stuff. I wonder if Best Buy will get some hassle over the free tshirt that they put out with CD that featured the old logo.
