^ Fuck I miss that band....i like VR too...but slash was just on fire back in these days...Slash+Dover was pretty cool....I hope there's some cool shit on his solo record.

Who would Axl need to dress away from in the band?
I think its being suggested that a reunion could occur and the band members just avoid the shit out of each other.
I'm not sure such an approach would work. Old gnr had amazing chemestry - and I think part of that came from the way they were basicly a gang. If axl and slash ever did play again, I want it to be because they've sorted out their shit, not cos they've found a way to do it while living in seperate worlds.

Interesting interview.
Interesting also that as someone said above it seems Tommy and Slash had a similar responce to Paul, with Tommy taking a more diplomatic approach and learning to live with it.
Sounds like "If the World" is going to be added to the setlist...makes me really hopeful that now CD is out we'll get a lot more CD tracks live

I'm sort of suprised at all the people who wouldn't go. Each to their own...but Axl is such a great peformer...to me its always a treat to hear him sing. I hope they come down under...i'd be there with bells on!

Some points I want to make:
1. Love downliner and the other mods for all the work he does running this site.
2. it's bizzare that Otis Western has like 10 accounts or whatever.
But that said....
I'm not sure I see the problem with his original post. He put forward a theory about Robin and Axl - I don't happen to agree with his theory - but he was discussing GNR - I came here from HTGTH because of the censorship - so i feel he should be allowed to put forward any kind of stupid theory about the band - and if it's bullshit then it will be shown to be such from the replies. Or did i miss something?
