^ Yeah but end of days had Arnie involved who is a previous associate of GNR from T2

Paul has obviously been a great creative influence on Axl, and deserves some respect for his songwriting influence over the years.
But that said, speaking instrumentally, it was Slash and Izzy and the interplay between their parts that is the iconic part of AFD, UYI 1+2, LIES and TSI. It is the way they play and what they play that shaped the sound.
Tobias deserves his props...but to suggest he was as influential as slash, who has been greatly influential to an entire generation of guitarists now, is in my opinion madness.

In theory though that could also apply to Chris Brown's fans...they could like his music yet divorse themselves from aspects of his personal life such as this incident, much as many of us do for GNR, I think that's all he was saying.

Slash is taller than Axl...so it makes you wonder if that's really her.
But Axlin...you'll find that there is no connection between height and penis size
#8126 Re: Guns N' Roses » How many would you attend? » 899 weeks ago
I think the fanboy dream for these performances goes something like...
CD night
Axl
Robin
Bucket
Paul
Tommy
Brain
Dizzy
Chris
No I want bumble there as well for some of the cool parts he's added. So I want Axl, Bumble and Bucket at once!!! I also like Fortus as he added the cool sustainer parts to Maddy I beleive. Paul is cool as a writer but he isn't as much of a stage peformer and apparently doesn't like it. Anyway...so we need Bucket and Bumble together on stage...it would own!!!

Before the TSI hate begins I just wanna say I love that album and would totally go see it live!!!
#8128 Re: Guns N' Roses » Wich one of this songs you like to see in the Next GN'R Album ? » 899 weeks ago
Some people are just never going to like Bucket no matter what. I can understand that he just doesn't fit what they like playing wise, but there are some around here that won't allow themselves to like his playing.
Yeah I really like his playing...i just don't think his Sorry solo is really a good example of his best work. He's played far better blusier things elsewhere to me. To me its like if you start pimping out "Anything Goes" as Slash's best solo...its good enough...but its not either player's finest hour.

Bucket in TWAT, and his shockingly, bluesier and soulful sound in Sorry.
People keep saying that, but to me the Sorry solo isn't really that impressive as a blues solo, leaving out the obvious Slash comparisons and the rest, bucket himself has played more expressively and impressively IMO. There's a song on Giant robot...i think its "Chicken Boy" where he really wails...
#8130 Re: The Sunset Strip » Superman Unleashed » 899 weeks ago
^ Me too. I love the superman concept. But the very reason I loved the new batman films is the reason I couldn't get into superman returns. I feel these new batman movies are written by people that understand the characters very well, and that's NOT the case with this superman movie. There are a couple of things in it specificlly that just don't add up to characters from superman to me.
But i'll be interested to check out another movie.
