I'd go to all of them. Its not about which songs we like best or we could just play the CD at home, a live performance, especially from someone like Axl captures that extra something, and therefore I'd go them all, even though i've seen a few AFD heavy shows before. So definately all 4!!

I dont think this means much, all he said was he hopes there will be a tour. The "dates haven't been anounced" but was added by the article to imply his hope is currently amounting to nothing.
So it all adds up to exactly what Axl has said....they're talking of it and would enjoy it - but there are currently no fixed plans.

I listen to everything...but Rock is where my true love lies...but I can listen to pop stuff and get things out of it. Like i actaually think the hook in this song is kinda cool...even though its not the style I dig overall.

Axl cops a lot of shit for the delays on this album...but the opening track to me is proof that there's some method behind what he does. The 2000 version is FAR inferior to me....the finished version..with Ron's rhythm playing, the interplay between robin and bucket, and axls new vocals is just a great track.

Matt might be an asshole I wouldn't know....but the motherfucker can drum...and if rock music was a personality contest....we'd all be into something else! Most rockstars have some kind of attitude or issue..but what matters is they rock.
So matt says from time to time that he likes living large and all the pussy that comes from being in bands like VR....hell yeah...I would too!

Yeah i can't vote cos appart from the snipped of The General we have no idea what these actually will sound like. But basicly...i'm always insanely excited to hear ANY new music from GNR at any stage....so i'm just hoping that in a few years there will be another album

The thing about people's comments on the songs is they MAY have sounded like that then. Think how different 99 IRS sounds to the final product.

Hey Guys...this is a bit of a silly question....
But I just bought a floor ticket to the NIN show in Melbourne next week. Thought i'd go check it out as I like what i've heard from trent...and to see Robin..(although I was never much of a fan of him as a slash replacment...I liked his Chinese Democracy stuff and respected his stage presence live..you could say I like him as an artist just not as 'slash')
Anyhow...I dont know much NIN except "Closer" and "The Perfect Drug" from the radio. And I downloaded "The Slip" last year from their website. But i've never heard all the rest of their material...so i was thinkinfg of getting some and listening to it in advance so I recgonise the songs or whatever live...
Anyway...i'm wondering if anyone knows the staple songs of this tours setlist? Like is there particular stuff I should go listen to that there is a strong chance they'd play next week? Thanks!
