Fox News literally won a defamation lawsuit because they argued "no reasonable viewer" takes Tucker Carlson seriously.
So the Biden’s have not responded to one Tony Bobulinski claim, but he is the liar? Cool story.

Obviously if you're shippiing highly important documents you'll keep photocopies right? At a minimum, take a few cell phone pics, right? So put them on Tuckers show.
Can't just resort to: They got lost in the mail. It's like a kid in college with a bad excuse on his 5 page term paper not being handed in.

A lot of news outlets settled with Nicholas Sandman because they used their positions to defame and lie about a citizen, and worst, a kid.

Again, this controversy is neither here nor there, imo, but they've never denied it and the emails were legit, the laptop was legit, and many "news" outlets and cable shows called it Russian disinformation, which our own intelligence agencies have said isn't true. Now they just don't speak about it. Twitter keeps censoring.
The media also lied about Russian bounties, but that's cool. They posted tax returns that were illegally obtained and perhaps manipulated. That's cool. They can just release articles about ugly comments he allegedly made but that can't be verified by anyone who was there, but were actually denied by people who hate him. That's cool. All strategically released at election time. But that's cool.
