Profile to follow

The tour list below comes from cross referencing AEG artists against each other and the application of news stories and a little bit of logic (as we go).

BST Hyde Park - UK - This is AEG's flagship festival in the UK. It is a Goldenvoice man who promotes it. This is the easiest option for them to show off a reunited GN'R in the UK. We have a 65000 crowd, and you can set the prices on the day. It's a money maker, and an obvious choice. Plus, it goes along with http://www.virtualfestivals.com/feature … -hatchets/

Slane - Ireland - The tabloids in the UK are strong on this, and I see no reason to disbelieve them

Hockenheimring - Germany - The venue has links to AEG, matches to their artists and http://www.bild.de/unterhaltung/musik/g … .bild.html . The Bild and Virtual Festivals articles are in tandem, one concert in each country

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CROSS REFERENCING RESULTS

Matches

Tele2 Arena - Sweden - (Matches all bands) AEG venue http://www.aegworldwide.com/facilities/ … tele2arena
Telenor Arena - Norway (Bieber, Rolling Stones, Adele and others, so 3+ x venue match)
Sportpaleis - Belgium (Match x5, if not playing Roskilde)
Hartwall Arena - Finland (Arena Venue match x3, most likely venue, but unikely to make 3 million dollar income. May avoid Finland)
Ernst Happel Stadium - Austria (Venue match x3)
Stade De France - France (Match x 2, higher capacity, Bercy AEG link http://www.quebecor.com/en/comm/sports- … city-arena match x3, too low capacity)
Leztigrund Stadium, Switzerland (Match x3, More rock bands play here, higher capacity, Hallenstadion Venue match x3)
Gelredome  - Netherlands (Venue match x2 and high capacity, Ziggo Dome Venue match x4 but 3 million dollar income unlikely)
Parque De Bela Vista - Portugal (Match x 3, if not playing Rock in Rio)
Parken Stadium - Denmark (Match x3)
Olimpiyskiy - Russia (2 x match, AEG working on Galactica Park in Moscow, tend to avoid Russia just now, SKK slight possibility)

Venues to check

Bernabau Stadium, Palau Sant Jordi - Spain
Circus Maximus, Arena di Verona, Stadio San Siro, Fiera Arena - Italy
Arena Zagreb - Croatia
Tauron Arena, Stadion Narodowy - Poland
Eden Arena - Czech Republic
Lokomotiv Stadium - Bulgaria

(I will get this finished by Monday night, then do a news and stadium check on Tuesday)

Tele2 Arena in Sweden is nailed on. I'll eat a hat if GN'R are not there

I know this is a ridiculous question, but "Bernabau Stadium, Palau Sant Jordi - Spain" definitely isn't the very similarly named stadium in Madrid AKA home to Real Madrid?

-edit-

I googled. Two different places tongue.

Was thinking to myself, that's a bit ambitious.

Two different venues, Bernabau is football, Palau is part of the the Olympic complex. I am gathering different venues on the bottom list, then putting the best option above once I figure out which makes most sense.

They may then get demoted again if sufficient income cannot be gained from a concert at said venue.

Working on the basis of one concert per country

Have to think about population of the country, venue capacity and the 3 million dollar expected income. Where countries are close together and have small populations, some of the venues may be avoided

I think Bercy is Paris looks a nailed on venue. Six of the most recent artists announced there are all AEG

Capacity is a potential issue though

Stade De France is likely to meet the needs of the population

Hope to see them in Moscow. Slash 3 times played here and Axl 2 times. Latest show i attended was in the end of November, 2015 , and it was the last show of World on Fire tour by Slash. It was a blast. And will be a blast for reunited band cause Russian fans are extrimely proactive

I wonder if Slash will convince Axl/Duff to go to India. This is amazing:

Hey Rimov. 5 Haven't seen you post in awhile. I forgot you were in Moscow.

Russia definitely deserves a show. Did old GNR ever play there?
