I wanted Robin back, that was my wishful thinking.
I'm amazed that you(or anyone) even thought that pipe dream was remotely feasible. No one from any previous CD lineups was getting a call and even if some did, they likely wouldn't have answered. Only reason Fortus and Frank are there is because they never left. If Fortus had bailed a couple years ago to join Rihanna's band and Frank left to devote more time to Pisser, we've got an all new cast of characters to fill those slots. They weren't gonna tap in to an old Chinese well.

At some point I wish Axl/TB would explain the actual purpose behind that. It came across as trying to be mysterious ala NIN/Trent but didn't really gain any traction. Either way, it was too little, too late....
