When is that Yes clip from? Their split created two bands and Chris Squire is dead. Great they can “bring it” but GnR can too.

It would be cool for forum fans but wouldn’t sell tickets. Izzy and Adler for a couple shows would but the set would be wildly limited unless they are guesting every night.

I was going to make a new thread but decided to find an old one for nostalgia sake.
I had 2 Libertad songs pop up on my Spotify in my car (Just 16 and American Man). Good god this shit sucks. They actually sound like they’d be perfect on the Slash solo album, but there is nothing that links these tracks to Contraband. Sounds like different bands. Yikes.
Edit: I didn’t know this would be in the main GnR chat.

We didn't get it on Chinese Democracy because it didn't leak in the open. That album was just leaks and some bonus tracks to fill out the disc.
I still have high hopes for it. I'm just expecting it to be what could've been a killer deep cut on Chinese and pushing aside all the hype.
It can't pump up sales too much due to no one but hardcore fans knowing the song's history. It'll cause some hardcore fans to buy multiple copies though.

I remember “AFD 2000” was available for pre order on CDnow.com (now Amazon). It was a Japanese release. Can’t really remember the track list but You Could Be Mine and Patience were on it. I preordered but it was pulled. That would be interesting
Now we’re on the verge of Chinese Democracy 2023…somehow still a longer gap than AFD and 2000!
