Oh I think everyone in old GNR is difficult in their own way...but i think the problem in VR was basicly that scott started acting like Axl used to....going on stage late...missing shows.....if they were going to put up with that, why not mend the fence with Axl and do it all in a much more sucessful outfit?

Man this thread is getting me all hot and bothered. Ron and Bucket together...that's a line up with some serious firepower...it would be hard not to be excited....Bumblefoot, Buckethead and Axl all at once....that would have to be one of the greatest lineups ever created in any band! I just hope it happens. I'd really love to see bucket back but NOT an end to ron - he's added a lot of value to the recording from the snippits i've heard, he's great with fans - and and all around awesome player too...meanwhile bucket's done a ton of iconic solos on the record....it's so obvious to me that they should BOTH be in the band...not an either/or.....i just hope the musical gods allow it to happen!

I'd love to see bucket rejoin and we could have my masturbation line up of Bucket and Bumble (bumble playing his recorded solos and robins parts and bucket doing the bucket bits.). But realisticly...robin leaving makes it unlikely to bring back bucket.

I agree with this so much it hurts me inside!! This is a last gasp for relevance from those who didn't want to be be friendly and share rare bootlegs with true fans in the first place. Leaks are fine when there is nothing happening for years. B Sides and boots are all good and have their place. BUT
The REAL album is now comming out, and you know what...not everything should be free...this shit cost millions to produce...so i'm happy to pay my $17 and here it on Compact Disc! What the hell is a scene on the internet anyway? Is everyone who likes this band 14 years old or what? You know the OP stoped trying so hard to impress us I think he'd be a lot cooler!
