Obviously no B sides since they will not give B sides for free. I find it odd that they are still nervous about putting the material up against other artists. They cant just release the track normally, they have to put it on the back of pre orders.

This is what happens when they do shit half assed. This type of thing should have already been set up when they originally launched the single or announced the release date.
Will be interesting to see how this charts with these strings attached.

can't you cancel and then re-preorder?
If you call them they will give it to you. I've preordered before and on the day of the release futureshop sold it cheaper. I'd call them and they would credit my credit card.

Yeah, this really should have been planned ahead of time.
I don't see why they don't just release the single on Itunes. I'm not going to pre-order this album to get the single, because i'm planning on buying it when i walk into Best Buy on November 23rd.

I am not preordering either, I am going to Best Buy when the album drops.
They want preorders and using the single as bait to ensure some sales before the 23rd.
