I wouldn't believe this. Merch is negotiated on band terms since each members image and likeness is being expolited to make money.
Why would Scott stop STP merch sales anyway? He's publically stated that he's mended his bridges with the band and that he'd like to work with them again in the future. Merch sales can make a lot of cash so why cut that revenue stream off?
VR are struggling right now, I think Scott will take what he can get money-wise.

Guys STP isn't exactly Sebastian Bach...

This side of the Atlantic, it is extremely easy to walk into HMV, Virgin ect... And buy it....

The idea that STP isn't being sold anywhere, is utterly ridiculous, this may the silliest thread I've ever read, unless this is only a State side thing.

What's the retail girl's source for that info though? Could be an urban legend...like most stores I worked in don't tell you too much about the underlying ownership of the intellectual property rights of the merchandice...

yeah how does she know who has what rights? i'd bet that they are split 4 ways still

anyway i doubt this story very much

STP cd's are sold everywhere.

I have never found STP merchandise anywhere but Ebay.  That is proven fact.  Ask any STP fan.

I think it's still available here in Canada.  At least, CDs and stuff anyway.  They're at my local HMV.  I haven't seen any merch merch though.
