he does say "other than old unreleased Chi dem songs," though. maybe by new he means New New, as in stuff the new band writes together. Maybe CD2 and 3 are still in the works. and we just dont know anything about it yet, or thats what DJ was talking about.

I would love to see GNR closer to central Wisconsin though. there's a few good small venues around here, one up in Wausau, Eau Claire, and in Madison.

Only way a 2010 GN'R U.S. leg works, without an album or old members appearing, is if they keep themselves relegated to theaters/amphitheaters.
BS, a US tour will work regardless of what they do, only problem is it wont be as profitable.

just a handful of shows before (i expect) they take a 3-4 month break and tour the states starting in the spring., (hopefully maybe with news of a new CD), Too bad those shows probably wont sell out like theses ones have been doing all tour long.

Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose owes Bentley Financial thousands for abusing a Continental Flying Spur like it was an Iggy Pop song. Transgressions include exceeding the mileage limit by 43K gouging the bumper, and not paying $74K. (taken from Jalopnik, which in turn was taken from TMZ)

Yeah, they also had a Slash mention last year. I'd also lean towards them being "old" GNR fans. Hey, at least CD got a mention or two, right?
Wasnt so much of a slash mention than it was a cameo (of sorts i doubt it was actually him). The group took a picture of slash and teds girlfriend at the time was in the way of his face and the only thing you could see was his hat.

from the "diamonds in the rough" bonus CD that comes with Live in the LBC.
Also, if you hear similarities to GNR its because GNR is one of their inspirations. I read a few interviews from them talking about how they grew up listening to GNR.

if they made a film of the recording of Chinese it would be one of the best rock films ever, one of the craziest rock stories ever told. but i'm sure it wasn't filmed.
If it was taped, the important parts probably werent, just probably the stuff from the 2 years before the album was released.
