Best Buy isn't even advertising it anymore. I looked at this weeks ad and it isn't even mentioned in the ad while other albums that have been out are.

Cool, then I get a pass for the Nashville show too. Free CD for everybody who's ever wasted money going to a GnR show that didn't happen. That will move some copies in a hurry even if they aren't actually sold.

People will perk up once they hear GNR is coming to their town....Also, they don't have to play such large venues and/or hire a really good opening act...
They didn't hire really good opening acts last time.

If nobody cares by summer of 2009 then it's all for nothing anyhow.... I think people will grow to appreciate the album as the months go on, and by summer fans will be hungary for a tour. Look for GNR to play festivals too... Now that CD is released a tour will make more sense to people, unlike 2006 when folks where like wtf?
The way it stands right now, people are still going to go wtf. Album release in late 2008, no tour until summer 2009? They will have to do something to keep people interested until summer if this is their plan. People will have moved on...heck, some people here are already planning for the 4th album release from the new band in 2010.

Not this stupid shit again...people might waste their time voting multiple times for the singles, but most of the people that were going to buy multiple copies already did so. Sorry to burst your bubble.
What's the latest on CD and Better as singles? I haven't heard anyone glaoting about it recently, so I'm going to go with not good.
